Taking a Class has Never Been so Fun!
Ever taken a walk and wish you had someone to push you just a bit harder or a tad further?
We offer four styles of classes, each one designed to help you get up and get going with easy instructions, simple exercises, and music to get your blood pumping.
Members with iPhones can stream classes from the 99 Walks app. (The Android app is coming this summer!) Please note: Our classes are not live and can be taken at your leisure.

Joyce demonstrates some simple stretching and exercise techniques that you may find during our classes. As always, you know your body and if something doesn’t feel right, please do not push yourself to injury.
